Qantas and Jetstar Staff
35 Staff from across the airline and around the country, have engaged Tony Nicolic from AFL Law, Sydney.
While early September saw the failure of the Magnificent 24 in their case against the illegal mandates. These staffies have taken the baton and are keeping the pain going for Qantas.
Give another pie in the face to the CEO of Qantas and see them fail in court as the 1700 fired ground staff did in Sep2023.

Virgin Australia Staff
15 Staff from VA, Virgin are also pursuing an action against the mandates. Also engaging Tony Nicolic from AFL Law.
The advantage here is that the cases are identical and the argument the same, so pooling resources will help in reducing costs to allow a challenge.
A challenge MUST be made, otherwise we will all face this situation again.
